JuristVault is a legal technology platform, not a law firm. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. All AI-generated analysis must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before being relied upon. JuristVault is an analytical tool, not a legal advisor.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JuristVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including law firms, solo practitioners, and enterprise clients.
2. Service Description
JuristVault provides AI-assisted legal document analysis for due diligence purposes. The platform processes uploaded documents using large language models and returns structured risk assessments, clause extractions, and negotiation point summaries. JuristVault is a legal technology tool operated by AnduniaCorp International — it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
3. AI Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: All reports and analysis outputs generated by JuristVault are NOT legal advice. They are AI-generated analytical outputs that must be reviewed and validated by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon for any purpose. JuristVault is an analytical tool, not a legal advisor. All findings must be reviewed by a licensed attorney. JuristVault does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. Findings may contain errors, omissions, or mischaracterizations. Reliance on AI analysis without attorney review is at the user's sole risk.
4. Data Processing & Document Handling
Documents submitted to JuristVault are processed exclusively by Google Gemini AI to generate the requested analysis. Documents are NOT stored on our servers after analysis is complete — they are deleted from memory immediately upon completion. Documents are NEVER used to train AI models: Google's enterprise API terms explicitly prohibit model training on client data. All document processing is encrypted end-to-end using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest during the analysis window. JuristVault employees have no access to document content.
5. User Responsibilities
You represent that you have the legal right to submit the documents you upload for analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of JuristVault complies with applicable professional conduct rules, client confidentiality obligations, and data protection laws. You may not use JuristVault to train competing AI models, reverse-engineer the platform, or engage in any unlawful activity.
6. Subscription & Payment
JuristVault offers three subscription tiers: Solo ($3,000/month, 50 analyses/month), Team ($8,000/month, 200 analyses/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing, unlimited analyses — contact sales). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are denominated in USD. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain full access until that date. JuristVault does not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Refunds may be issued at JuristVault's sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure preventing service delivery. To request a refund, contact contact@juristvault.com within 14 days of the billing date.
8. Intellectual Property
JuristVault and all associated technology, algorithms, UI design, and methodologies are the exclusive property of AnduniaCorp International. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal legal practice. AI-generated reports based on your documents are owned by you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize JuristVault's platform, technology, or methodologies without prior written authorization from AnduniaCorp International.
9. Limitation of Liability
JuristVault's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. JuristVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis without attorney review. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Governing Law & International Arbitration
These Terms are governed by international commercial law principles. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding international arbitration under the ICC Rules, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration shall be seated in Geneva, Switzerland by default, or in another neutral jurisdiction agreed by both parties. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief before any court of competent jurisdiction.
