Built from frustration.

We sat in the war room at 2 AM, six associates reviewing a 400-page SPA for a €250M buyout. One person missed a change-of-control clause. The client found out at signing.

We built JuristVault so that never happens again — not because lawyers are bad at their jobs, but because no human should have to read 400 pages at 2 AM against a deadline.
